Ceremony singer (soloist) & organist (pianist)
At Music for Moments you have an all in one package – you do not have to worry about a separate wedding organist & separate wedding soloist. Siobhan can accompany herself on piano/ keyboard while singing solo and can play your Church organ for Congregational singing.
Setting the ambience on your Wedding Day is of the utmost importance to Siobhan and she will concentrate on getting the music just right for you. This will involve you choosing from her wide repertoire of music, songs and hymns and she can help you to put your music in the approriate places throughout your ceremony – see religious ceremony repertoire for her range of music, songs and hymns.
Alternatively if you are having a civil wedding ceremony, you can see the civil ceremony repertoire for her range of music and songs.
Siobhan has recorded harmonies on some of her hymns and songs which offers you something a little different where your soloist is singing live and harmonising at the same time. You can hear a sample of this on the hymn Eagles Wings and the song No Frontiers when you visit the music samples page.
Drinks Reception (pre-dinner) & Wedding Meal
You can relax and enjoy getting your photos taken knowing your guests are being entertained during the Drinks Reception. You can choose between….
Vocal pianist….. Siobhan brings along her keyboard and professional backing tracks and sings a range of popular, easy listening songs. See vocal pianist repertoire for a sample list of songs she can sing.

Pianist….. Siobhan can use the Hotel piano if it is tuned and in good condition or if your venue doesn’t have one she will bring her stage piano (Korg SP250). As a professional pianist, she will play a range of easy-listening, middle of the road, light classical and popular pieces – see pianist repertoire for the range of instrumental pieces Siobhan plays.
As you and your guests are enjoying your Wedding Meal Siobhan can also provide background music. As above, you can choose between Vocal Pianist or Pianist.

Siobhan has worked extremely hard to build up her 2 different repertoires as a Pianist and Vocal Pianist - with each repertoire amounting to about 6 hours each (yes – 6 hours each) This guarantees your guests will get a completely different range of music for both the Drinks Reception and Wedding Meal and it means Siobhan does not clock watch to get finished in fear of her repertoire running out. She covers the full period of your Drinks Reception and Wedding Meal rather than a specific time slot approach used by other musicians.

Song writing for your special day
In addition to performing wedding music Siobhan provides an additional and unique wedding music service – she can compose a song for your special day.
Your relationship is unique & special and a song custom composed for your Wedding Day can express this. Having written all the songs & hymns for her own Wedding Ceremony, Siobhan knows how music can capture so many things that you might want to express.
If you would like a song written for your Special Day, Siobhan would work closely with you both to make the lyrics personal. This may involve having a meeting with you to discuss and share ideas. Siobhan would then like you to hear and approve a drafted version of the song before she would put the finishing touches to it. However, on occasions she has worked with just the bride as a secret wedding present for her husband-to-be !!
